Dr. Pearson was able to diagnose me 5 and a half years after the doctors told me that nothing was wrong with me. Dr. Pearson operated on me and literally brought me back to life. He is a good man and an excellent surgeon.

What visit? I drove 35 minutes to an appointment that was supposed to be rescheduled. The programmer said that no one gave him the message to call me back. How hard is it to make sure no one is scheduled to see someone who is on vacation? It's not! On top of that, the portal reminded me of the appointment and asked me to confirm, which I did. His team really dropped the ball, which doesn't give me a lot of confidence in training.

As another reviewer said, when he realized I didn't know how to solve my problem, he completely fired me without even an explanation. Very full of himself. Beginning to believe in his own press.

I couldn't have worse things to say about Dr. Pearson. He failed in the most basic of his experience: creating a temporary stoma. I was in agonizing pain for months from stomach acid burning my skin as feces could never be removed from my malformed stomach. As a result, he removed it prematurely, which may have caused the fistula I had for YEARS (which took me years to hear and diagnose) and now has a permanent ostomy (he referred me to a colleague who had been similarly negligent). To make matters worse, I was also given C-diff at the hospital, which even I knew was terribly wrong, but he claimed diarrhea was "normal" when a new rectum formed. He managed to remove the tumor at least. Don't make the mistake I did when looking for him: find a highly reputable colorectal surgeon, starting with the best cancer surgeons in the country. For life-changing surgery, it pays to wait and investigate.

Doctor Pearson was very funny and confident when he treated my fistula. He used seton for the surgery, which took longer but gave me a better chance of completely resolving the problem. It has been a month since he removed the seton and it is no longer the condition.Dr. Pearson was very professional, calm, and his confidence helped me trust him and make the right decision. His staff was friendly and cheerful. It was a pleasure going to his office.

I visited him in Exton's office and he was very nervous. He had precancerous cells that needed to be removed. It made me feel so confident that I'll take care of this and I'll be fine. At the hospital where I had day surgery, it was amazing. So warm and friendly. Today is the day after my surgery and I really don't feel any pain like I thought. He sent me home with medicine and things to help with the pain. I haven't needed to use it yet. It was a great feeling to have a doctor explain, show that he cares and relieve stress. He is absolutely fantastic.

He was in extreme pain due to a fissure al. She had already seen another doctor. Dr. Pearson evaluated the situation, recommended minor surgery, and performed it 2 days after my visit. It was an outpatient surgery and I had mild pain for 2 days and I've been fine ever since. Just as important, Dr. Pearson spent a lot of time with me discussing my problem, previous treatments (successful and unsuccessful) from other doctors...and he laid out the pros and cons of the treatment she suggested. Huge thumbs up!

I recently had surgery with Dr. Pearson. He was cool. He listened to me, he examined me to confirm my discomfort and the operation went very well. The turning point for me was how the OR nurses raved about it, and they're usually a high-profile bunch. He is the best.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pearson. He treated my husband a few years ago (rectal cancer) and went above and beyond in medical care. I just had treatment for it recently and it hasn't changed. He is well known in his field and continues to amaze me with his warm and friendly personality and his responsiveness.
